FAQs

Who is MnP Technologies?

MnP is a logistics and technology company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, delivering mission-critical supply chain solutions across North and South America. We are part of the Dubai-based Muller & Phipps Middle East group, whose operations span 50+ countries.

PRODIGY is a proprietary AI-powered logistics platform that provides order placement and tracking, inventory control, and predictive analytics to our customers.

Customers can access PRODIGY and its modules either through a web-based portal or by integrating it directly into their own systems via standardized API calls.

MnP’s Solutions Team will run your installed base addresses through a series of mapping and analytical software to recommend which Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) are required to meet your target Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Coverage options can be ranked by factors specific to your contracts so that services levels are maximized and penalties avoided.

Service Parts Logistics (SPL) is the end-to-end management of medium to high-value replacement parts through their entire lifecycle. This includes strategic storage, inventory tracking, rapid delivery, and reverse logistics (returns, repairs, and refurbishments). SPL is essential for ensuring maximum uptime in industries like Hi-Tech, Med-Tech, and other mission-critical environments.

A Forward Stocking Location (FSL) — sometimes referred to as a Field Stocking Location, Strategic Stocking Location, Field Inventory Location, or Service Parts Depot — is a strategically positioned storage site used to place critical replacement parts near the point of service.

A Regional Distribution Center (RDC) serves as the “hub” in the hub-and-spoke model of Service Parts Logistics. Positioned strategically within a geographic or customs region, RDCs primarily support Next Business Day (NBD) deliveries, returns and repair stock, special projects, and handle restocking of Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) within their territory.

RDCs help reduce inventory carrying costs, transportation expenses, and transit times—especially within shared customs and regulatory zones. Company-owned and managed RDCs typically offer a greater level of in-region inventory control and standardization.

Trakio Access Points (TAPs) are flexible, unmanned alternatives to traditional Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs). Ranging in size from a single locker to a secure storage room, TAPs use Pedigri’s proprietary Trakio RFID hardware and software to provide real-time inventory visibility and secure, auditable access.

These locations are ideal for environments where onsite inventory is required, or volume and space requirements don’t justify a full-scale FSL. Trakio-enabled sites integrate seamlessly into MnP’s Service Parts Logistics network, offering customers more options and control over inventory than ever before.

Yes. MnP Technologies’ Dallas headquarters serves as the U.S. regional hub for global Service Parts Logistics (SPL) operations across North and South America. We operate on the same platforms and systems as Pedigri Technologies, giving our customers direct access to an established global SPL network — including shared regional hubs and Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) across EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. This unified infrastructure ensures true global continuity, visibility, and 24/7 access to mission-critical service parts.

MnP primarily supports the Hi-Tech, Med-Tech, and Life Sciences sectors — industries where uptime and time-critical part availability are essential. Our Service Parts Logistics solutions are also well-suited for any business that requires rapid response, high-value part handling, and global reach, including industrial automation, aerospace, and telecommunications.

MnP offers delivery speeds ranging from 2 hours to 2 weeks, depending on the shipment type and service level. Most post-sale support contracts leverage our 2–4 hour courier services and Next Business Day (NBD) delivery options via Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) and strategically positioned Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs.) For global inventory restocking or return and repair shipments, transit times will vary based on destination and customs requirements

Absolutely. Our SPL platform includes reverse logistics, RMA processing, refurbishment, and end-of-life (EOL) parts handling—all built for speed, visibility, and cost control.
